4 CULT FAVOURITES RETURN. 5 YEARS OF SHAFFA.
This month, Shaffa marks five years in Surry Hills — five years of contemporary Middle Eastern cooking, generous hospitality, and dishes made to be shared around the table.
To celebrate this milestone, we’re bringing back four favourites from the Shaffa archive for a limited month-long series. The specials revisit some of our most-loved plates, from the brightness of Rockmelon Ceviche and Burrata to the deeper, fire-led flavours of Lamb Kofta and Hatzil Sarruf.
Together, they tell the story of where we started, how our menu has evolved, and the flavours that have shaped Shaffa over the years.
Join us for a midweek dinner or a lunch soiree as we celebrate this next chapter with the dishes that helped define the last five years.
Specials available from 9 June to 5 July. We’ll see you at the table.
