⚡️ POWER OUT? NOT AT THE BAAN! ⚡️
If you’re wondering just how much our generator can handle… apparently, quite a lot. 😂
Right now it’s keeping all of our equipment (and us) up and running.
All up, our trusty generator will chew through around 150–200 litres of diesel every 24 hours keeping The Baan up and running. 😳
But most importantly…
WE HAVE POWER. WE HAVE FOOD. AND WE ARE OPEN! 🙌
So if your Father’s Day plans have been thrown into chaos by the power outage, you can still come and enjoy dinner with us — in the light, with air-con and everything! 😂

We’re taking a little winter break!

Wow… what a night!
Tonight was one of the busiest nights we’ve ever had at The Baan, and we just wanted to say a genuine thank you to every single person who chose to spend their evening with us, order takeaway, recommend us to friends, or simply continue supporting our little family restaurant.
With the economy being the way it is at the moment, we know dining out isn’t something people take lightly, so your support truly means more to us than you probably realise.
Our team worked incredibly hard tonight and we’re so grateful to be part of such a supportive community.
