Wow! Can you believe it has been a year since we started trading here in the Kempsey area? It's been an adventure for sure... we have tried many things, encountered many 'things', but, above and BEST of all, we have made many friends 😀 We are currently serving dinner at Ingenia SWR, 5-8 throughout the school holidays. After this, there are plans to head back to Kempsey... let's see what unfolds for year 2.

A cow takes grass (inedible to humans) and produces:
- Meat (protein + fats)
- Milk (nutrition)
- Leather (clothing, tools)
- Tallow (cooking fat, soap, candles)
- Bones (tools, broth, fertilizer)
- Organs (nutrient-dense food)
- Manure (fertilizer)

This is complete resource utilisation from a plant humans cannot eat.

You cannot replicate this with any technology. The cow is performing chemical transformations we cannot industrialise.

Grass → complete human nutrition is alchemy.

The cow is worth more than any machine humans have invented.

What a great Christmas Twilight Market put on by Kempsey Riverside Market. It sure was hot, we all felt like we were melting for a bit (ironic lyrics in the background, from our live music which was awesome!) But then a breeze was blowing (was not good for some people sadly), it sure did cool us down in the kitchen and what a cracker of a night it was!

Hand cut chips... you can get them on their own or as a snack pack, which has 2 pieces of meat added in... You don't have to stop at 2 you can always add more... Come Get Some! Public Transport:
Take the train to Berowra Station and exit via the Pacific Highway. From there, take Bus 592 or Bus 593 towards Hornsby and get off at Berowra Waters Road. Walk along Berowra Waters Road for about 10 minutes and you will see the food stall/stand on your left.

Driving/Parking:
If driving from Sydney, take the M1 towards Gosford/Newcastle and take Exit 21 towards Berowra/Westleigh. Follow Berowra Waters Road for about 7km until you see the food stall/stand on your left. There is limited street parking available near the food stall/stand.
