Today I realised it’s not just cakes I’m baking - I’m baking happiness. 💛

Every cake begins long before the oven turns on. The sketching, colour planning, and testing new ideas. The late-night hours when the world is quiet and I can pour every bit of myself into the details - the textures, the balance, the finish. It’s in those moments that I remember why I do this.

Balancing work, motherhood, and life isn’t easy, but baking has become the one place I can be creative, patient, and fully present. Each cake holds a story - a birthday, a milestone, a celebration. And once it leaves my kitchen, it becomes part of someone else’s memory - a photo, a laugh, a shared moment that will live on long after the last crumb is gone.

That’s what keeps me going.

The thought that what I make becomes a small piece of someone’s happiness.
