Good morning!

This week, Hannah’s at home is bringing the flavours of Indonesia to your table, thanks to chef Ratna 🇮🇩

🍗 Empal Ayam – fragrant twice-cooked chicken simmered in coconut milk and spices, then fried until golden.

🌶️ Sambal Goreng Kentang Tempe – crispy potatoes, tempeh and sweet-spicy sambal.

🌽 Bakwan Jagung – golden corn fritters, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside (these are delicious! Ratna made them two weeks ago and they were such a hit that she’s doing it again!).

Authentic Indonesian food can be hard to find locally, which is why we're so happy to bring Ratna's home-style cooking to your table.

Pre-orders are now open for pickup Thursday 10– Friday 11 September. If you haven’t tried Hannah’s at home yet, consider this your sign.

Prashant’s Butter Chicken is back!

This week’s Hannah’s at Home menu brings back a much loved Indian dish alongside some classic, comforting favourites:

Murgh Makhani (butter chicken) — tender chicken slow-cooked for depth and gently spiced
Rajma — red kidney beans in an aromatic tomato and onion gravy 🌱 GF
Aloo Gobhi — potatoes and cauliflower cooked with Indian spices 🌱 GF
Raita — yoghurt with fresh vegetables and mild spices 🌱 GF

Preorders are open now for 20–21 August pick-up. Order the dishes individually or try a bit of everything in a tiffin, serving 1-2 people.

This week's Hannah's at Home menu is all about comforting Indian home cooking 🍛✨

Prashant and his team are preparing a delicious selection of dishes:

• Kashmiri Lamb Rogan Josh – slow-braised lamb in a rich, aromatic gravy
• Mixed Yellow Daal – creamy, nourishing and full of flavour
• Jeera Aloo – cumin-spiced potatoes that pair beautifully with any meal
• Boondi Raita – cool, refreshing yoghurt with boondi
• Mattar Pulao – fragrant basmati rice with peas and whole spices

Order the dishes individually or enjoy a bit of each with our Indian Tiffin.
