We’ve teamed up with for a massive community car and bike meet this Sunday in St Marys. Toby’s Milkbar will be slinging burgers, Certified will be pumping out pizzas, and the whole night’s basically just an excuse to pull up, eat good food and check out everyone’s rides.

We are officially welcoming a brand new business partner to Toby’s Milkbar! 🚀 He will be joining the squad on 1st of July 2027 and claiming a massive 47% ownership.
We know you’re probably thinking we’ve completely lost our minds. But last Tuesday out of nowhere, he hit us with an offer we literally couldn’t refuse. It felt entirely too good to be true!
We haven’t even figured out the logistics yet, but we are absolutely certain you’ll be just as thrilled as we are. Will he be a silent partner? Will he be pulling shots on the coffee machine? Only time will tell!

ST MARYS IS NOT READY FOR THE CHIMI CONE 🌿
We’re heading back to the this weekend for the Fiesta Latina nights, and we’ve brought a serious heavyweight with us. Since it’s a Latin festival, we teamed up with the legends at to create “The Chimi” … a crispy fry cone loaded with smoky chorizo (by ) and drenched in their fresh, vibrant chimichurri. The herby hit from that sauce against the salty chorizo is actually a joke.
If you aren’t feeling the Latin spice, don’t stress, we’ve still got the full squad ready to go. You can grab the Angus Brisket, the Cheeseburger, or our southern fried “Chicko” fries. We’ve even sorted out a Falafel version for the vegans and our new Buffalo Chicken fries for anyone chasing a proper kick. These cones are the ultimate way to eat while you’re catching the festival vibes, so get down to St Marys this Friday or Saturday and grab one before we sell out.

AMSTERDAM VIBES HAVE OFFICIALLY HIT SYDNEY 🍟
We might’ve just done something dangerous. You know those iconic loaded fries cones you see all over the streets of Amsterdam? Yeah… we decided it was time Sydney had a piece of the action. We’re talking hot, crispy fries stuffed into cones and loaded with the kind of toppings that’ll make you want to hide in a corner so you don’t have to share.
We aren’t playing around with the flavours either. We’ve got slow-cooked Angus brisket, juicy fried chicken, and even a full cheeseburger situation sitting right on top. If you’re a fan of the heat, the buffalo chicken dripping in sauce is an absolute must.
We’re officially launching these this Friday at the Earlwood Foodies Lane from 5pm, so pull up hungry and get ready for the ultimate hand-held food coma.

We’re officially popping up at Wanderers Football Park from Monday to Thursday for the IFA National Cup, and we’ve brought some heavy hitters with us. Since we’re strictly on drink duty for this one, we’ve launched a brand new range of “Dirty Sodas” named after the GOATs. Whether you’re feeling a sharp cherry Ronaldo or a tropical pineapple Neymar, these are the ultimate sideline refreshers while you’re dodging stray footballs.
If soda isn’t your play, we’ve also dragged our full shake menu along for the ride. You can keep it classic with a strawberry hit or go full “Ultimate” with the Biscoff or Pistachio shakes if you need that extra sugar kick to get through the match.
