You can take a train to Town Hall station and then walk towards the corner of Park and Castlereagh Streets, where you can catch a bus that goes along Margaret Street. If you prefer driving, there are several parking options nearby. There is a secure car park on Margaret Street itself, as well as several other commercial car parks within walking distance.
