🌱 Exciting Packaging Update from Rainbow Kitchen! 🥧
We’re always looking for ways to make our pies kinder to the planet — and we’ve just taken another step forward! 💚
From now on, our pies will come wrapped in home-compostable cellophane bags. These bags might look like plastic, but don’t worry — they’re 100% plant-based, break down even faster than paper, and use fewer resources to produce. Plus, they keep your food safer and fresher.
At Rainbow Kitchen, caring for the environment is at the heart of everything we do 🌍 — and we want you to know we will never use disposable plastic to wrap our pies.
Compost it at home, enjoy your pie, and feel good about doing something good for the planet 💛✨

🔥 Check out our new label for the Walnut Ragu Pie — bright red, just like the rich ragu inside! ❤️🥧
From next week, you’ll find it in most of our outlets all around Aotearoa. 🌿✨
And the best part? Each pie comes wrapped in cellophane and paper — we chose cellophane because it uses fewer resources to produce, it’s eco-friendlier, and still home compostable. 🌍♻️
That means the whole packaging is planet-friendly! 💚
