Influenced by Japanese migration of the late 19th century and now a favourite staple of Peruvian ‘Nikkei’ cuisine. You like ceviche? Then you are going to love tiradito.

A Peruvian spiced ice cream originally from the city of Arequipa. It’s infused with coconut, cinnamon and clove. Topped with a berry coulis and pistachio nuts.
