There is alot of talk of what causes gluten intolerance. Even if it is gluten intolerance. Interesting points of view I've watched or read lately from Tyler Tolman and Gary Brecka both with comments on not the gluten content but in the pesticides used on wheats and the genetic modification of grains ... but anyway ... it's all food for thought ... the power of which is to keep researching and listening ... just while you are listening you can start by eating organic sourdough breads.
Start by asking is it the gluten or the grains not being processed or the chemicals.
My take on it as a Baker of many years is the gluten (Lectins) are broken down by the fermentation process of sourdough ... making sourdough immediately better.
Hence - this is why I rank La Tartine Organic Sourdoughs - you start organic and follow the first rule of not repeating the injury.
But also, just enjoy the best bread in the Central Coast.

The perfect bread to match the perfection of Shhmoakesys Gourmet Pies is La Tartine Organic Sour Doughs.
On the league of Redferns' Wild Cockatoo or Brontes' Iggys, La Tartines' crumb, structure, taste and traditional methods in my opinion - really stands out as exceptional quality bread - now at the Emporium!

Public Transport:
1. Train: Take the train to Woy Woy Station. From there, catch a bus (Bus No. 53) towards Ettalong Beach. Get off at the Ettalong Beach Wharf stop. From the wharf, walk along The Esplanade until you reach Ocean View Road.
2. Ferry: Catch a ferry from Palm Beach Wharf to Ettalong Wharf. Once you arrive at Ettalong Wharf, head towards The Esplanade and continue walking until you reach Ocean View Road.
Driving/Parking:
If you prefer to drive, follow these directions:
From Sydney:
1. Take the M1 Pacific Motorway northbound.
2. Continue onto Central Coast Highway (A49).
3. Take the exit toward Woy Woy/Ettalong Beach.
4. Merge onto Ocean Beach Road (B49).
5. Follow this road until you reach Ettalong Beach.
Parking:
