What we need:
- Lead and guide service staff during events
- Oversee setup, service flow & pack-down
- Maintain professional standards, grooming & service style
- Liaise with client representatives & kitchen team
Shifts vary: weekdays, boardroom lunches, evening corporate events, weekends included.

Bespoke Catering Sydney set the tone with stations combining colour and comfort, ranging from a bold Mexican spread to classic Italian favourites.
Sweet touches followed, with Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and fairy floss by Party Hire World adding fun to the mix.
Behind the scenes, our team ensured every plate, every pour, and every guest interaction flowed seamlessly.
Working hand-in-hand with the catering team, we kept the energy high and the experience effortless.

Great events are never built alone. They come to life through collaboration. ✨
For Ethan & Yoni’s Bat Mitzvah, we worked with an incredible group of suppliers to deliver this celebration. We had experts handle every detail from the very first impression until the very last dance of the night.
🪑 Guests were welcomed with a vibrant atmosphere set by Simply Seated, whose furniture, serviceware, props, and décor elevated the space.
🎶 The energy built quickly with entertainment from DJ Jules, the live rhythm of Drum Beats, and dancers from FEUsion.
🎮 Interactive fun kept kids and teens engaged throughout the night. Foosball, twin car races, and basketball machines from My Games Room, along with immersive VR experiences by Rentertainment.
📸 Photo memories were captured at the Mosaic Photo Wall and photobooths by Snappy Photobooths, with professional photography and video by Wilver Santana ensuring no moment was missed.
🍽️ Flavours came alive with festive Mexican and Italian food stations by Bespoke Catering, paired with sweet touches from Ben & Jerry's and fairy floss by Party Hire World.
🍸 On the floor, our own SixthSense Experiences team kept the night seamless with supervision, bartending, and guest service that ensured parents relaxed while kids enjoyed every moment.
The result: a celebration where every supplier, every detail, and every moment came together seamlessly. ✨

Loved how interactive Insights Day 2025 was? Here’s a look back at the very first one we delivered in 2024. ✨
We managed production and logistics for this client’s Insights Day, transforming Ovolo Hotels into an interactive hub with FiftyFive5. Guests explored consumer insights through immersive spaces:
🎲 Main Room: A schoolyard theme with oversized games and a canteen style display encouraged guests to explore, snack, and connect.
🛏️ Teens Room: Bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and supermarkets recreated authentic teen snacking moments. Guests built “teen personas” through mystery boxes and role play challenges.
🛒 Snacking Occasions Room: Five display zones highlighted key snacking occasions: Healthy & Fresh, Healthier Alternative, Fill, Entertain, and Treat. Each was staged with props and paired with parent insight videos.
🏫 Lunchbox Room: A classroom setting transformed research into play, with quizzes and custom board games turning insights into competition.
Our SixthSense team managed set up, staffing, and event flow, ensuring every space worked exactly as intended.
Like the 2025 edition, this event showed how data can be translated into experience through interactive storytelling, creative environments, and thoughtful delivery.

To reach Margaret Street in Sydney, you have a couple of convenient options for public transport and driving.
**Public Transport:**
1. **Train:** Take a train to Town Hall Station, which is the closest major station. From there, exit onto George Street and walk towards Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street and continue until you reach Margaret Street.
2. **Bus:** Several bus routes service the area around Margaret Street. Check local schedules for routes that stop at either George Street or York Street, both of which are within walking distance.
**Driving/Parking:**
1. If you're driving, head towards the Sydney CBD and follow signs to the city center.
2. There are several parking facilities nearby, including Wilson Parking on Kent Street and Secure Parking on Goulburn Street. Be sure to check availability and rates in advance.
3. Once parked, it's just a short walk to Margaret Street.
