A goodbye from us 🤍
After a lot of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to close Thirty 7even Dining, with this Sunday being our final day of trading.
Thirty 7even Dining has been such a meaningful part of our life. What started as a dream became years of hard work, learning, challenges, friendships and so many wonderful memories.
With our family commitments, changing priorities, and some personal and health considerations, we have decided to step away and move on.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has walked through our doors, supported us, recommended us, celebrated with us, and became part of our journey.
Thank you for making Thirty 7even Dining so special!

We flew to Melbourne to try the famous Mont Blanc….
Came back inspired!
Thought we had it…
Until one unexpected ingredient changed everything.
We’re keeping the syrup a secret for now 🤫
Somehow, it tastes like a childhood memory.
For us, that memory was Taiwan….

We saw someone making a youtiao tofu cheesecake online, and the idea was too interesting not to try.
It reminded us of the classic Taiwanese breakfast pairing of youtiao and soy milk, so we made the youtiao from scratch and blended tofu and soy milk into the cheesecake.
And somehow, it really works.
Creamy, silky, with a smooth soy flavour, and that youtiao brings the whole idea together.
So Sydney, should we:

Our takeaway pasta was sitting there for a little too long…
So the chef decided to go hunting for the customer himself.
We put a lot of care into every dish, so seeing it sit there waiting isn’t easy.
A little reminder when you order takeaway….
