We have heard a lot of descriptors for our lb cheesecakes such as light, airy, creamy, smooth, delicious, but a common one is also our signature "not too sweet".
It goes without saying the lb yuzu follows suit.

Launching our littleburnt Yuzu.
Our summer Christmas special.
You guessed it right!
Inspired by our trip to Japan, we fell in love with the fresh and zingy Yuzu fruit.
Yuzu combines the sourness of a lemon, a little bitterness of grapefruit and the sweetness of a mandarin with a strong aromatic citrus scent.
The lb Yuzu is a fantastic spin off a lemon meringue cheesecake and is a perfect summer Christmas lunch/dinner accompaniment.

It's been a labour of love to get this one right, and we are glad to finally get on the Pistachio craze train and offer our version of a Pistachio Basque Burnt Cheesecake.
It's creamy, it's got the best balance of pistachio flavour and of course, it's our signature 'not too sweet'.

Inspired by our trip to Japan, particularly our kid's favourite hojicha parfaits and my wife's love of hojicha lattes - this lb has been subject to significant R&D to get the flavour just right. ๐
What is hojicha?
It's a roasted green tea which has smoky, nutty, cocoa notes, without the bitterness.
Paired with the light creamy texture of the lb cheesecake... ABSOLUTE PERFECTION.

Temporarily closing the oven and whisking away on a Basque Break! ๐ด๐ฐ๐งณ
Taking a well-deserved holiday with the family to unwind, recharge, and indulge in some non-cheesecake delights.
No measuring cups or baking timers for a while, just sunny adventures and making memories together. But fret not, dear cheesecake aficionados, for I shall return on June 20th with even more delectable creations to tickle your taste buds!
Our last orders will be on the 24th of May.

Introducing our limited release......Pumpkin spice! Coming in 4-inch ($18) and 8-inch ($55) sizes.
With a warming mix of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg combined with nutty roasted butternut squash.
