Thank you Barangaroo!
2026 will mark 10 years since we opened our doors in Barangaroo, and as our lease is coming to an end we have decided it is time to say farewell.
It has been a wild ride. The first few years was mostly high-vis vests and hard hats as the precinct was still a construction site. We then eagerly welcomed a growing community as the three towers began to fill. We remained open during the pandemic and we connected with a new group of regulars - whether through brief (and distanced) interactions in store, or via our Sydney-wide home delivery service. With great relief, and with the pandemic in the rear-view mirror, we welcomed our old customers back to the precinct, as well as connecting with a new influx of regulars.
To our Barangaroo regulars who became friends, and our amazing team members who made this shop feel like home, thank you. You have been the heartbeat of this store, and we are so grateful for every memory shared with us over coffee and donuts.
While we’re sad to say goodbye to our Barangaroo location, we will only be a short walk away at our Darling Square location where we will continue to fry fresh donuts and serve delicious coffee until late, everyday of the week.
Our final day of trade in Barangaroo will be January 30.

It’s Peanut Butter Friday!
We love peanut butter and to make sure we have access to the best, we decided to make our own! We roast our peanut butter a little darker than you might find elsewhere and grind it down with a little .
We’re so proud of our peanut butter, we have dedicated a whole day to it. Every Friday we serve our peanut butter specials - Dark Chocolate & Peanut Butter Cream (pictured) and Fluffernutter.

When we opened our doors ten years ago, not many people knew what a Cruller was. Our original menu included a classic French cruller with an Australian Honey & Sea Salt glaze. While we didn't sell many at first, it quickly became a staff favourite and gradually grew in popularity to now become our most popular donut of all.
We have started filling jars with a salted honey, using the same Australian Honey and Murray River Fine Sea Salt that we use in our glaze. The perfect spread to give to the Cruller-lover in your life, or to enjoy on your own slice of toast on Christmas morning.
We will be making these regularly in small batches, so make sure to grab one next time you see it on the shelves at Sutherland Street.

Store Manager - Full Time
We currently have an opportunity for the right person to join our team in the role of Store Manager.
The Store Manager will work alongside a team of passionate baristas and pastry chefs, with daily responsibilities balanced between customer-facing retail service and administrative tasks.
As we operate 7 days a week, the Store Manager will need to have a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and the public holidays for which we operate.
This is a full-time, salary-based role with an indicative salary range of $73,300 - $83,900 pa, inclusive of superannuation, calculated based on negotiated work schedule.
SYDNEY
Lead Pastry Chef - Full Time
We are looking for the right person to join our Sydney kitchen team in the role of 'Lead Pastry Chef'.
This role is for someone with a few years of experience working in a bakery or pastry kitchen who is ready to step into a leadership position.
The Lead Pastry Chef will be responsible for managing and leading our production team, and ensuring they have everything they need to produce a range of yeast-raised, cake and choux-based donuts.
Full-time role, with an indicative salary of between $74,800 - $85,500 inclusive of superannuation, based on negotiated work schedule.
