Ripples Little Manly, located on Stuart Street in Sydney, is a must-visit café for anyone looking for a beachside breaky or long lunch with loved ones. The kiosk is open daily from 8am and the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner on weekends and lunch only on Mondays. The homemade Spaghetti with mussels, prawns, calamari, cherry tomato & nduja bisque is a comfort in a bowl that you won't want to miss. For those looking for something more indulgent, the Nose to Tail Dinner curated by Head Chef Ben Elliott is a delicious three-course pork menu including smoked ham hock croquettes and sumptuous porchetta complete with crackling. Don't forget to try their non-alcoholic spicy margarita which packs a punch without the guilt. Their Ocean Trout is cured to perfection and served with tangy yuzu gel, pickled beetroot, and refreshing shiso dressing for a delicate and balanced flavour.
