Racha's passion for Syrian cuisine is evident in her social media posts, where she shares her love for cooking and invites everyone to taste and learn about Syrian cuisine. Her recent Live Cooking Demonstration at Paddy's Markets Flemington was a huge success, where she showcased lentil soup, burger bites, rice with white cabbage, and Halawat el Jeben dessert. Racha also participated in a fundraising event for the earthquake in Syria and Turkey organized by Thermomix in Australia. Her menu includes lamb dumplings cooked in yogurt sauce, lentil soup, and Knafeh with pistachios dessert.
