Bitton Gourmet Rose Bay is a French cafe and restaurant located in the Plumer Road Shopping Village of Rose Bay. Established in 2000, Bitton Group opened its third restaurant in February 2020, offering French inspired menus, Grinders coffee, cakes, special events and take away. They are open daily until 4pm and offer a versatile range of delicious products including their popular Bitton Orange Jelly.

• Approx. 1 day per week (4–8 hours depending on order volume)
• Must have a car or reliable transport
• Warehouse is an 8-minute walk from Mascot Station
• Will report to our Marketing Manager (she’s really cool!)
• Must be able to work autonomously
• Must be tech-savvy

As the year comes to a close, we want to pause and say a very heartfelt thank you. Every coffee shared, every meal enjoyed, and every bottle of sauce taken home has meant more to us than you could ever imagine.

This year, we celebrated 25 years of Bitton, a moment that still fills us with emotion. It reminded us that Bitton has never been just a café or a product on a shelf. It has always been about people. About you. Your smiles, your stories, your loyalty, and the way you have welcomed us into your homes and routines for so many years.

And as we say goodbye to Alexandria, we farewell only the location never our hearts, nor the beautiful regulars who shaped it. That chapter will always remain part of who we are.

To our beautiful community, thank you for filling our home with life every single day. From the early birds grabbing their morning coffee to the croque madame regulars, the matcha lovers, the supermodels, the teenagers, the bodyguards, and every celebrity in David’s eyes who has wandered through our doors. You bring us more joy than you will ever know.

To everyone who supports our products, thank you for choosing to place Bitton on your table. Knowing our sauces are in your kitchens truly makes our day. And to everyone who shopped our Black Friday sale, merci. We were absolutely blown away by the response, the biggest we have ever received.

With full hearts, we look ahead to the New Year. Thank you for being part of our journey, and we can’t wait to share what’s to come.
