Learn how to skin off any fish fillet like a pro. 🔪 🐟
Steps:
1. Make sure your knife is sharp. Easy for filleting and reduces chance of injury.
2. Rotate your knife on a 30 degree angle.
3. Make sure your knife is touching the chopping board to give an even slice through.
4. Make yourself a handle by holding on to the tail end.
5. Push through with the knife and then pull back on the excess skin in one motion.
