Funny how things turn out.

The ones who kept things interesting growing up… often end up doing the most meaningful work.

Vic, a bit of a wild child back in the day (I can definitely relate) is now behind One Meal Northern Beaches, serving people who need it most across Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

No noise.
No ego.
Just showing up and feeding people.

That’s what hospitality is at its core.

At Providoor, we talk a lot about great food,
but this is the reminder that food is bigger than all of us.

It’s community.

It’s dignity.

It’s care when people need it most.

Massive respect to Vic and everyone involved.

If you’re in a position to support them, do it.

A beautiful little find in Brisbane — Blue Bear 🐻

Eggs Benedict… on waffles.
Halloumi. Bacon. Delicious.
How about a Vietnamese coffee strong enough to fix your whole week.

Simple, thoughtful, done properly.

But more than the food it’s the people.
The chefs, the baristas, the floor staff it’s the whole team that makes hospitality what it is.

It’s always a pleasure sitting on the other side of the table, being looked after by people who genuinely care. Thank you for a great start to my day 💜👨🏻‍🍳

our heart is hospitality.

What people say

Melbourne-based food delivery service Providoor has been receiving mixed reviews from customers and critics alike.

Recent reviews of the service have ranged from glowing endorsements to scathing critiques. A review from The Age published on January 27th praised the high-end meals, citing "chef-prepared dishes that could grace any restaurant menu." Another review from Broadsheet on February 12th lauded the selection available, saying "everything was packaged beautifully and it looked just as good in real life as it did online."

However, there have also been negative reviews of Providoor. A review from Good Food on January 22nd criticized the company's delivery times, noting that some customers had waited several hours for their orders to arrive. Similarly, a customer review on ProductReview.com.au stated that their order arrived late and cold, writing "not worth it if you want a hot meal."

Despite these criticisms, many customers have expressed satisfaction with Providoor's offerings. One customer review on Yelp praised the convenience of the service, saying "It's great - I get restaurant-quality food delivered right to my door." Another comment on Google Reviews stated that they were impressed with the quality of ingredients used in their meal.

Overall, it seems that while Providoor has received some negative feedback regarding delivery times and temperature control during transit, many customers are still happy with the quality and selection of their meals.
