Some dishes become part of your story.
Our Whole Barramundi has proudly been on the menu for almost 10 years — a dish that reflects our love for bold flavours, fresh seafood and open-flame cooking.
The inspiration behind it came during one of our Head Chef’s holiday trips overseas, where he experienced a beautifully balanced whole fish dish layered with freshness, heat, citrus and herbs. Rather than replicate it, he brought back the feeling of that experience and reimagined it through the 500 Degrees style.
Today, it remains one of our most loved dishes — crispy skin, delicate barramundi, vibrant aromatics and flavours designed to be shared around the table.
Inspired by travel. Crafted with our own identity.
