Haven Specialty Coffee was a coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant located on Chalmers Street. They had regular operating hours from Monday to Friday, 7am-2pm, and on weekends from 7.30am-2.30pm. In August 2023, they announced their collaboration with an unnamed partner for a limited-time offering called The Cookie Cup, available only at their Rosebery cafe. The Cookie Cup came in three variations: Cookie & Milk, Cookie Espresso, and Cookie Mac. In June 2023, they also posted about their extended opening hours for the long weekend at their Rosebery and Haymarket locations. Additionally, they advertised a job opening at their Darling Quarter Espresso & Bagel bar through their website. Unfortunately, Haven Specialty Coffee has permanently closed.
