We're proud to have a wonderful group of Nepalese team members as part of Bourke Street Bakery.

To support Nepal during this difficult time, and celebrate their beautiful culture, we've created a Khasi Ko Masu Goat Nepalese Pie. It's slow-cooked with tender goat meat and mince, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato and warming spices, all wrapped in our golden, flaky pastry.

Proceeds from this pie be donated to the Red Cross for Nepal disaster relief.

Available across the bakeries from tomorrow.

The Wagyu Beef Pie

Wagyu beef from Blackmore, cooked low and slow with coconut, lemongrass and a mix of warming Indonesian spices, until it's rich, fragrant and melt-in-your-mouth tender. All tucked into buttery, flaky pastry. Savoury, gently spiced, and properly good.

In the bakeries from today and sticking around for a few weeks until we sell through them!

Ever wondered what CafeSmart is?

Every winter, cafés across Australia turn yellow for one day of action, raising funds to fight homelessness, domestic and family violence, poverty and social isolation.

Today, all our bakeries are dressed in yellow to mark the occasion, and for every coffee sold, we're donating $1 to CafeSmart.

Since 2011, CafeSmart has raised vital funds for grassroots organisations doing the work that matters.

This is our 4th year taking part, grab a coffee and be part of it.
