Ta Ta Ta in Bondi Junction is hiring.
We are offering a paid position with the opportunity to train directly under our Head Chef and properly learn the craft of pizza making — from dough fermentation to oven control and fast-paced service.
This is a real job with structured training and long-term growth potential.
You don’t need to be a pizza chef already.
We are open to candidates with limited kitchen experience — as long as you are motivated, reliable, and ready to learn.
Minimum commitment: 6 months.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has some kitchen experience (even basic)
• Speaks fluent English
• Works well under pressure
• Has strong teamwork and communication skills
• Is reliable and committed
• Wants to build a career in hospitality
You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
• Dough preparation & fermentation
• Stretching and topping techniques
• Oven management
• Service timing and coordination
