We are very excited to announce our next dinner in our series of collaborations to celebrate our 10yr anniversary
The man who taught from the age of 19 the fundamentals of fish cookery at the iconic Fish Face Restaurant in Darlinghurst, Sydney.
The brilliant will join our team for one night only on June 11.
This is an incredible opportunity to see Josh & Steve reunite in the kitchen to prepare what will be a very memorable experience.

Having met years after opening
and years before moving to our new space, you brought
a curiosity and sense of confidence that you could work
alongside me and discern how to pair and procure wine for a restaurant whose menu would change every service.
It should be said that this is such a difficult task and personally I am so grateful for your patience, trust and professionalism over all these years.
The evolution of the beverage offering before you started at Saint Peter to today is night and day.
Thank you for how much love and attention you have
poured into our team and into our guests. and I wish you every success as you move on to your next big challenge.
