Today is R U OK Day - an important reminder to check in with the people around us, start meaningful conversations, and let others know they're not alone. It's a great campaign that we're proud to support each year across all our venues 💛
We also understand that supporting mental health isn't a 'once a year' event. It's a commitment we make every day. Over the other 364 days of the year, we work to create a workplace where people feel supported, connected and comfortable reaching out when they need help.
We're proud to have a qualified Mental Health First Aid Facilitator on our team, who recently attended the Mental Health First Aid Summit in Melbourne, bringing back valuable insights to help strengthen our approach to workplace wellbeing.
All of our leaders complete Mental Health First Aid training and regular refreshers, helping them build the skills and confidence to recognise when someone may be struggling and respond appropriately.
We also support our people through:
✅ Free, confidential third-party counselling services
✅Regular check-ins and meaningful conversations
✅Opportunities to connect outside of work through team social events
✅A culture that encourages openness, empathy and support
Today, we're encouraging everyone to ask the question, "Are you OK?" and genuinely listen to the answer. A simple conversation can make such a difference, any day of the year.

The Mediterranean Lamb Bowl is one of the standout dishes on their Nor East Winter menu, featuring tender grilled lamb backstrap with pickled cabbage, goats cheese, coconut brown rice, pomegranate, toasted almonds, beetroot hummus and leafy greens. It's a must-try for any foodie!
Tradies Caringbah also offers great deals throughout the week for its members. Wednesday is $15 Burger Night where you can enjoy any burger off the menu with chips for just $15. Thursday is $20 Steak Night for those who need a red meat fix and Sunday is Kids Eat Free Night, perfect for families looking to dine out without breaking the bank.
In addition to their delicious food offerings, Tradies Caringbah also caters to those cutting down on alcohol or designated drivers with their premium alcohol-free range from Hardys Zero Chardonnay and Shiraz. These vibrant wines are full of flavor and low on sugar.
