☕🥛 Is there a perfect ratio of milk to coffee in your latte?
Some like their coffee strong enough to wake the neighbours, while others prefer a little more milk and a smoother sip! 😆
The truth? There’s no one-size-fits-all ratio. It’s all about finding that perfect balance that makes your taste buds happy!
So, tell us… are you team STRONG COFFEE ☕ or team EXTRA MILKY 🥛?
Pop into the Coffee Haven and let’s get your coffee just the way you like it! ❤️

☕ IT’S ALL HAPPENING BEHIND THE COFFEE CART! 😂
Think it looks quiet on the other side of the counter? Think again! 👀
Behind the Coffee Haven cart, it’s a whole lot of coffee pouring, milk frothing, orders flying, toasties toasting and plenty of moving about! ☕🥪
There’s always something brewing, and it’s not just the coffee! 😉
But we wouldn’t have it any other way. Every cup comes with a little care, a friendly face and a place where you can feel welcome.
Next time you’re at Coffee Haven… just know there’s a fair bit of stirring going on! 🤣

☕💛 Why Coffee Haven?
Have you ever wondered how we came up with the name Coffee Haven?
Well, there’s a little more to it than just coffee! ☕😊
The word haven is close to heaven… and we loved that connection. But more than that, we wanted Coffee Haven to be a place where you can come just as you are.
A place where you’re welcomed with a smile, where someone takes the time to see you, where you feel known, and where you can simply belong. ❤️
Of course, there’s good coffee, tasty treats and plenty of reasons to pull up a chair. But what really matters to us is the people who walk through our doors.
You don’t have to be having a great day. You don’t have to know anyone. You don’t even have to be a coffee drinker! 😉
You’re welcome here.
Because Coffee Haven isn’t just about serving coffee. It’s about creating a little haven in your day — a place where you feel welcomed, seen and known. 💛
And that’s something worth raising a cup to! ☕

FUN FACT FRIDAY!
Did you know that the word “cappuccino” is linked to the Capuchin monks? 🤎
The story goes that the colour of their robes was similar to the colour of coffee mixed with milk — and somehow, centuries later, we ended up ordering that colour in a cup! 😂
So next time you enjoy a cappuccino, remember: you’re basically drinking monk-coloured coffee.
Now THAT’S a Fun Fact Friday. ☕️😄

🏛️ ASK WHAT YOUR GOVERNMENT CAN DO FOR YOU!
Our November In the Know is taking a look at the three levels of government — local, state and federal.
We’ll have representatives from each level joining us for a panel interview, answering questions about what they do, what services they provide and how they can help our community.
No need to come prepared with questions — we’ll do the asking, you just sit back and listen! 👂
Come along, have a coffee and find out a little more about who does what when it comes to government.

What people say
Coffee Haven on Cahors Road is a community-based coffee shop that values people over profit. This cozy cafe is open from Wednesday to Friday, from 8 am to 2 pm, and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all its customers. The Soltura brand coffee they serve is not only delicious but also ethically sourced and fair trade. Moreover, Coffee Haven believes that coffee is a necessity, so they have priced their coffee as affordably as possible and offer suspended coffees to ensure that no one misses out. They also provide outdoor heaters for comfort during the colder months. Additionally, seniors aged 60+ can enjoy complimentary coffee at the Seniors Hub events held at Coffee Haven. Customers can indulge in some mouth-watering treats like brownies, banana bread, or carrot walnut & sultana bread with their coffee. Overall, Coffee Haven is an excellent place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while supporting a community-minded business.
