🇮🇹 CONFESSION TIME... 🇮🇹
As Italians, we're probably risking our citizenship with this one... 😅🍍
Yes... Fermento has finally made a pineapple pizza.
Before anyone calls the pizza police, hear us out.
We didn't throw pineapple on a Margherita and hope for the best.
We built Piña Coatta, our Special of the Week, around one simple idea: balance.
🍍 Fresh pineapple, chosen for its natural sweetness and gentle acidity.
🥓 Crispy guanciale, bringing rich savoury flavour and that irresistible fatty crunch.
🌶️ A light sprinkle of chilli flakes, just enough to tie everything together with a subtle kick.
The result?
A pizza where sweet, savoury and chilli don't compete... they work together.
Will every Italian approve?
Probably not. 😅
Would we make it if we didn't absolutely love the result?
Definitely not.

To get to the Italian restaurant at Liverpool Street in Sydney via public transport, you can take a train or bus to Town Hall Station and then walk towards Hyde Park. From there, head towards Liverpool Street until you reach the destination.
If you prefer to drive, you can park your car at the Secure Parking station on 60 Elizabeth Street and then walk towards FermentO - Food · Wine Bar on Liverpool Street. Another parking option is World Square Car Park located on George Street.
