Fermento Pizza – New Hours Update! 🍕
Hey Fermento friends! Just a quick heads up:
From this week, our new business hours will be:
⏰ Thursday to Sunday – 5pm to 9pm
We’re no longer opening on Wednesdays — our new baby CEO has decided that mum and dad need mandatory family time (and honestly… we agree 😅).
Thanks for understanding and for always supporting us. See you from Thursday to Sunday for your pizza fix! 🍕❤️

🎉 We’re back! 🎉
After a wonderful little break to welcome our new baby into the world, Fermento is officially reopening — and we can’t wait to see you all again!
👶✨ Sleep may still be negotiable… but pizza time is back to normal:
Wednesday to Sunday — 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
And that’s not all! During the break we’ve been cooking up more than just bottles and nappies —
🍕 our updated menu is ready, and we can’t wait for you to try all the new flavours we’ve been working on.

Dear friends and pizza lovers,
Exciting news from our Fermento family: we’re about to grow… literally! 👶💛
I’m taking a short break to welcome our baby boy into the world and spend these precious first moments with my family. For this reason, Fermento will be closed for the next two weeks.
We can’t wait to come back refreshed, full of love, and ready to bake your favorite pizzas again. Thank you for your understanding and all your support — it means the world to us!

Next Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th, Fermento Pizza will be closed as I’ll be at the Fine Food Australia event in Sydney Darling Harbour, proudly collaborating with Di Marco, the leading distributor of premium Roman pizza flour 🇮🇹🍕
I’ll be joining some of the best pizza makers to showcase the beauty of Roman-style pizza, and if you’re around the area, come say hi 👋 and grab a slice — we’d love to share this experience with you!
We’ll be back open as usual from Friday, ready to serve you your favourite pizzas.

If you prefer to drive, you can park your car at the Secure Parking station on 60 Elizabeth Street and then walk towards FermentO - Food · Wine Bar on Liverpool Street. Another parking option is World Square Car Park located on George Street.
