On Wednesday, the team at Maddy & Co and Saigon Summer supported the Community Bus fundraising event by serving our pho to residents and the wider community at Lansdowne Aged Care.
It marked the beginning of Vu Lan festival, a traditional Buddhist celebration of gratitude toward parents, elders and ancestors. Pho is often the dish we bring to the sick, the fragile and the elderly as a way of saying “we care.” Regardless of culture or background, love and care are universal.
We feel honoured to have been entrusted with this task, and thank everyone who was part of it. 🙏

With yesterday in Sydney hitting a brutal 40°, today it’s thankfully cooler, calmer, and way more comfortable — which makes it perfect pho weather 🍜 Steamy, fragrant broth, silky noodles, and fresh herbs hitting just right. Enjoy!

Who doesn’t love a little sizzle 🔥Charcoal-grilled BBQ skewers that deserve a spot on your menu.
Think lemongrass chicken, beef wrapped in betel leaves, and proper pork sausage — all grilled over charcoal for that smoky, flame-kissed hit. Seriously addictive and straight to the point.
In-store or online, you know what to do 😉

Bánh mì, just the way we like it 🥖🔥
Fresh bread, with a proper crunch, herbs piled high, and sauce where it counts.
Choose your favourite: savoury grilled lemongrass chicken, rich pork sausage, traditional Vietnamese ham (classic pork), hearty beef meatballs, or vegetarian options featuring tofu.
Dine in, takeaway, or delivered when the craving strikes.
