Peeled sugarplum tomatoes set into a warm Comte fougasse lined with sesame, cumin & poppyseed. Topped with a slice of Meredith Chèvre and a Parmesan wafer dressed in salted ricotta & dried olives.

Christmas Pudding Custard Tart.
Sold Whole for your Christmas Lunch!
A traditional plum pudding lines the tart which is then filled to the brim and baked with a rich egg custard spiked heavily with brandy, vanilla, orange and Christmas spices.
Back by Popular Demand these one of a kind tarts are available for purchase via our online shop.
Tarts are $120 each and feed 10-12 people comfortably as a dessert.
Pickup for the tarts will be December 20 & 21 from 12-4pm. The tarts will last up to a week in the fridge.

All Butter Pastry, Pork farce with Ham, Pistachio, Cranberries, Nutmeg & Brandy.
Housing a centrepiece of poached Turkey and Foie Gras Chantilly set beneath a jelly of Madeira, Rum & Cognac.

What an incredible event last week in Tassie with the legends
We cooked a long Sunday lunch of wild shot game and local produce in one of the country’s most beautiful dining rooms.
Thankyou so much for the incredible hospitality and to everyone who came along to the lunch. Certainly one for the books.

Ding, ding. Food Trivia is back for the last time this year!
Wednesday November 19 marks round 10 of Porcine Food Trivia.
With a 6:30 PM start, a $100 4 course menu will be served on the night with 3 rounds of trivia.
Tables are for teams of 4 only. $400 is the price for one table of 4.
Head to our website and hit the reservations link if you’d like to book a table. Just select 4 people on November 19 at 6:30 and follow the prompts.
The winning team will gain eternal glory etched into the trivia trophy for years to come and a dining voucher for Porcine.
More prizes to be announced on the night.
