Is there anything more timeless than pasta? 🍝

Risotto is one of those dishes that's hard to rush, and we don't try to. Each one is cooked slowly and stirred until it's creamy and just right.
If you haven't tried ours yet, they're worth a look next time you're in :)

We get the gluten-free question a lot and honestly...
Yes, we can do it!
All our pizzas and pasta can be made gluten free, our risottos are naturally GF, and there are several other dishes on the menu that work too :)

What makes burrata so special?
Unlike traditional mozzarella, burrata has a soft, creamy centre that gently spills onto the plate when cut open. It's rich without being heavy and pairs beautifully with fresh vegetables, herbs, and warm Italian flavours.
It's no surprise it's become one of our favourite ingredients to work with.
