Behind the Build: Episode 4
A big milestone this week with Stage 1 officially complete and our temporary bar now up and running on the new side. Upstairs is yet to open to the public.
While demolition continues on the other side, today also marks a special day for the Calligeros family. George Calligeros, father of Pete and Anna would have celebrated his 100th birthday today. George's legacy helped shape this pub and its future.
In this episode, Pete takes us upstairs to share the plans for the former restaurant space and what's still to come as the next chapter of Rag takes shape.
