To everyone who’s pulled up a chair, shared a plate, raised a glass, and made memories with us thank you.
Longshore has always been about discovery, connection, and a little bit of spontaneity. Over the years we’ve loved every flavour, every dish, every cocktail, and every story that came through our doors. You’ve made this place what it is.
Here’s a look back at some of our favourite plates and cocktails, the ones that got shared, savoured, and remembered. Every bite and sip has been a part of our story, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
We’re endlessly grateful for your support, your laughter, and your company. This is a celebration of all the moments we’ve shared together. Thank you.

The tide is turning. Change has always been part of our philosophy, and now it’s time for a new chapter.
At Longshore we’ve built a space that celebrates the unexpected. Fresh, seasonal, never predictable. After countless plates, stories and discoveries, our last service will be Saturday, September 13.
There’s still time to share one more meal, one more cocktail, one more night with us. We’d love to see you before we say goodbye.

The kind of table we like to see. Cocktails flowing, stories spilling, and just a little bit of mess. Gather your crew and book a table for this weekend.

Smoky, tender, and straight from the grill. Misty Valley oyster mushrooms with jerusalem artichoke and a hit of kelp butter.
Earthy, oceanic, and everything in between.

Our rotating cocktail menu is a little sweet, a little sharp & always with a twist.
From bold pours to barely-there spritzes, these are the cocktails worth a second round (or a third).
Pull up a seat at the bar. What’ll it be?
