As the pandemic continues to unfold daily, with strict restrictions and lockdowns in place, Campbelltown City Council have offered to help deliver our yummy burgers to our hungry customers stuck at home in isolation or just feel like ordering in for lunch.
Starting 12pm-4pm today, Monday-Friday, customers living within a 5km radius of our store will be able to order via phone and receive free delivery from one of our dedicated council rangers.

To order, give us a call on 9618 0084, place your order and provide us with your name, delivery address and contact number to be passed onto the ranger. All orders must be paid for prior to delivery over the phone as the rangers will not be accepting payment.

When your order arrives you will be contacted by the ranger, please adhere to social distancing guidlines and do not make any physical contact with the ranger.

Pickup and takeaway orders are still available in store. Thank you for your continued support during these difficult times.

As a small business, like many others we are feeling the effect of Covid-19 and have seen a decline in customers as people don’t want to be in close proximity to others.

At Chief’s, the health and safety of our team members, customers and communities is always our priority – never more so than right now given the escalating COVID-19 health crisis.

We place immense value in the trust the community gives us to deliver safe, freshly prepared meals and take this responsibility seriously. Please know we always practice rigorous hygiene and handling procedures throughout all stages of our cooking process. This includes regular hand-washing, routine equipment and surface sanitisation and wearing gloves.

Additionally, we regularly have food safety auditors in our stores making sure rigorous food safety and hygiene practices are being upheld.

We will continue to adapt operations as necessary so that we can still provide the food that you love without compromising the well-being and safety of individuals in our local communities.

In these times of uncertainty, it’s the little things—having a coffee, a meal out, connecting with family, friends— that will keep us grounded. While I can’t predict what will happen in the coming days, we will stay true to our mission and remain committed to serving you.
