To get to Third Avenue in Blacktown, Sydney by public transport, you can take either the T1 North Shore & Western Line or T5 Cumberland Line train and get off at Blacktown Station. From there, you can take the 725 or 729 bus and get off at Third Avenue.
If driving, take the M4 motorway and exit at Reservoir Road. Turn left onto Balmoral Street, then right onto Third Avenue. There is limited street parking available in the area.
