Kabir’s got a confession.
Nine years in Manly. Famous for the butter chicken, the craft b**r, the Monday BYO. And somehow we never talk about breakfast.
That changes now.
Frankie roll. Papadums. Flat white. Tadka eggs with crispy infinity toast, Greek yoghurt and spiced fried chickpeas. The kind of breakfast that makes you wonder why you ever went anywhere else.
Every day from 7am.

Option 3 — Shortest, most confident
The curries get all the attention. The breakfast deserves some too.
Frankie roll. Papadums. Flat white. Tadka eggs on crispy infinity toast with Greek yoghurt and spiced fried chickpeas.

Option 2 is the strongest. Opening with "“abir'’ got a confession"”mirrors exactly what he'’ doing on camera and pulls viewers into the reel before they'’e read a word. The nine years line adds weight without being boastful and "“onder why you ever went anywhere else"”closes it without overselling.
Option 1 is the pick if Kabir wants it punchy and matter-of-fact, "“ little bit ridiculous in the best way"”on the tadka eggs does the job of making someone genuinely curious about a dish they'’e never seen described that way before.
The breakfast angle is genuinely underused at Sketch based on the brand file. This reel has real potential to pull in a morning crowd who didn’t know Sketch was even open before lunch.

Tandoori chicken starts here.
Marinate:
Salt, tandoori Masala (cumin, coriander, garam masala & smoked paprika), kashmiri chilli, lemon juice, mustard oil, yoghurt.
Massage it properly. Leave it overnight. That part is not optional.
What you do with it next is the question. Follow us. Andy’s got two answers and one of them involves butter chicken.

A bit of an honest one today. Our suppliers have all written to us in the last few months about price rises, and most have added a fuel levy on top.
Wages going up again from 1st July. And the card surcharge rules are changing in October too.
For now we’re absorbing all of it, prices haven’t moved.
Just wanted you to hear it from us, not find out later.
