The 'Beefsteki'!! 🤤🤤
This one is another throw back to our days as a restaurant, the chef's would often go for late night Gyros, & the name of the pizza comes from mispronouncing the Bifteki pita🤦
Back when you could still get eye fillet steak for under $20pkg (I know, crazy right???), all our offcuts went into to making our melt in your mouth garlic beef, but we now use ground beef, and the pizza is still just as good!

Next up we have the Bella Cibo 'Pork & Slaw'!
Many have tried to replicate it over the years, but none come close to the original!
- The inspiration for this one started with me trying to replicate the 'pizza of the year' from the team at Hugo's at Kings Cross.
Theirs was something with cured pork and Sauerkraut from memory, and at the time I was smoking a lot of Pork Belly, however the Kraut wasn't great on the pizza, so we added our just created Healthy Kale-slaw instead.
After many attempt to get it right, finally tried adding crispy pork crackling, and instantly we knew we were onto a winner.
Credit to our staff at the time, mainly Jacqui & Joel I believe for helping taste test, and the only thing we changed was replacing the smoked pork belly, to our slow cooked BBQ pork!

🍕🍕Today's featured pizza is none other than the Mediterranean!
Fom waaaaay back when we were still a restaurant called 'Italy at Jannali'. Full credit goes to Liam Thomakos for this one, not sure where he came up with idea of adding the crispy garlic potatoes from, but it works!
Only change over the years is how we slow cook the lamb leg🤤🤤🤤, and this is still one of our biggest sellers!!

🍕🍕This week we will be highlighting some of the gourmet creations Bella Cibo has come up with over the years, and giving everyone a chance to try them at a fraction of the price!!
First up we have, 'the Cheesy B'. 😋😋
The one was born at our old Mansfield Ave shop in Caringbah, and the inspiration came from some cheeseburger spring rolls I had just demolished at a friends place just down the road.
Credit to Steve & Mitch for helping me taste test this one while I played around with the ratio's, before finally realising it only tastes just right, when you use the 'ketchup' as the base sauce, instead if just putting it on top!
Later we had to change the name from 'the cheeseburger', becauce we had a few people call back and say they were expecting an actual burger😂😂, and we changed the meat to our delicious pork & zuccini meatballs since we were making them already!

They say you should 'eat the 🌈 ', well you can't get much better than our supreme, made with these beautiful capsicum, fresh from the Sydney markets! 😍
-with red onion (please, brown onion belongs in your sauce, not on a pizza!), and pitted Kalamata olives (not sliced 😡!), and yes, it's ok to have 🍍 on a 🍕! 😂 😂

😬😬Hi everyone, as of today, we are going to trial turning off our phones between 5:30-7pm.
Unfortunately we seem to be getting more and more orders, in a shorter and shorter time frame, and it just becomes completely overwhelming for our staff. 🤯
As you all know, I spend the majority of the day (and night) preparing everything from scratch😰, but even then, there are only so many orders we can physically complete at the same time.
This new approach will allow our staff just to focus on 1 type of incoming orders during the rush, and hopefully will lead to more accurate wait times being giving, whilst also allowing our staff to focus more on serving the customers who have already ordered.
The rest of the time/week the phones will be on as per normal, and don't forget if you get your order in before 4:30pm, you get 10% off the total!! 🎉
