We are super proud to share that cocktail-making legend and all-round nice guy, our bar manager has been named in the Top 100 of World Class Bartender of the Year Australia.
The creation he submitted in this highly-contested competition was an absolute banger: Sweet Life, with Tanqueray No10, caramelised pineapple, feijoa, sumac, black lime and fizz.

The ultimate Sunday feast 🍽️😋 A perfectly-cooked roast (choose between our 12-hour beef brisket or rotating monthly special) served with golden roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts, carrots, pumpkin, bacon jam, a Yorkshire pudding, velvety red wine gravy, and all the classic condiments to boot.
