To get to Little Pier Street Haymarket in Sydney, you can take the train to Central Station and then walk for about 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, take the light rail to Paddy's Markets and then walk for about 5-10 minutes.
If you are driving, you can park at the Wilson Parking on Quay Street or World Square Car Park on Goulburn Street which is about a 10-minute walk away.
