The same fold. The same filling. For centuries.
Culurgiones come from Ogliastra, eastern Sardinia where for generations, village women passed down their own secret pleat. That distinctive wheat-ear fold? It was said to protect the harvest and bring good luck.
We make ours by hand, the same way it’s always been done. Potato, Juncu cheese & zucchini - but like all the best things, it changes with the season.
Come try a little piece of Sardinian history before it does.

If the weather’s going to be miserable, at least the drinks don’t have to be.
Book a table by the beach and start with a Costa Smeralda. A scoop of granita finished tableside with Sardinian fennel liqueur Fenu, vodka and a touch of Sambuca poured over the top.
Cold, fresh and worth leaving the house for.
