To celebrate 50 years of Munich Brauhaus The Rocks, we’re bringing a little extra to this year’s Oktoberfest celebrations with a challenge that gives you just 50 minutes to finish a full spread.
The Winner Schnitzel has all the trimmings — veal schnitzel, spätzle, mash, potato salad, red cabbage, sauerkraut and mustard jus — plus a litre of Munich L***r.
Clear the whole plate by yourself in 50 minutes and your $99 meal is on us.

Dressed for the ‘fest
Lederhosen started as hard-wearing Alpine workwear. The Dirndl grew from the dresses worn by maids in 19th-century Bavaria and Austria. Both eventually swapped the farm for Oktoberfest.

On Saturday October 10th, Munich Brauhaus The Rocks is taking Oktoberfest out of the bier hall and onto the street for a full day of music, games, dancing and good old-fashioned German revelry.
Kalender Band brings the oompah from the start, with face painting, dancing and classic Oktoberfest games throughout the day: including Yodelling and Stein Holding competitions.
Then things get even bigger as the sun goes down, with the street takeover kicking off outside.
Tickets are $25pp and include a souvenir Oktoberfest hat and 500ml Munich L***r to get things started.
