To get to West Street in Umina Beach, if you're using public transport, take the train to Woy Woy Station and then transfer to bus 50 towards Umina Beach. Get off at the "West Street" stop and walk for a few minutes until you reach your destination.

If you're driving, take the M1/Pacific Motorway and take exit 85 towards Woy Woy/Umina Beach. Follow the signs to Umina Beach and West Street should be easy to find. There is parking available on the street or in nearby parking lots.
