Ricotta cream, candied orange, dark chocolate, toasted pistachio
Piped every 30mins-ish, so they're crisp when you get them. The one I had was still crisp 4 hours after.. but don't be getting them for the evening/the next day! You don't want no soggy cannoli β οΈβ οΈ

Our version deviates slightly from the original w the addition of coconut... which imo takes it from "ooo I'll have a slice" to full Bruce Bogtrotter mode
Crisp, light, chewy cashew dacquoise layered with salted coconut buttercream. Coated with roasted cashews, toasted coconut.
