After many wonderful years, Rubyos is now permanently closed.
This is a very difficult goodbye, but we are incredibly grateful for the love, support and memories shared with us over the years.
To our regular guests, local community, suppliers, staff, friends and everyone who walked through our doors — thank you. It has truly been our pleasure to welcome you, cook for you and be part of so many special moments.
Rubyos has meant so much to us, and we will always be thankful for the memories created here.
