Founder Nick worked alongside famous Italian Chef Biagio Longo to perfect the art of pizza making. Open from 5pm till late, Wednesday through Sunday, Vacanza is perfect for an after-work catch up or weekend celebration.

A little moment we’re very proud of... Vacanza has been named in ’s Best Pizza in Sydney list, again.

For us, it always comes back to the dough. Made with traditional Italian pizza-making methods, ensuring the dough is light, balanced and ready to enjoy.

From there, we keep things simple: the best quality ingredients, classic combinations that just work and pizza made to be shared.

To be recognised alongside so many incredible Sydney pizzerias means a lot, especially after opening our first little spot in Bronte back in 2010.

A huge thank you to our team, our locals and everyone who keeps coming back for a slice.
