Smoked Chicken Maryland This Saturday!!!
Nothing reminds pitmaster Dave of Sweet Southern Indiana (where he grew up) like smoked chicken maryland and potato salad. This Saturday we’ll be adding smoked chicken as a special to our menu for dinner service. So lets give the Colonel a break and see how amazing old fashioned smoked chicken really is 😆

Our family is grieving the loss of Dave’s mum, who has now gone to heaven after her journey with cancer. ❤️
We’ll be closing for the next two weekends to be with family and honour her memory.
We’ll return Dec 19 & 20 for our final cook-up of the year.
🎄 Christmas catering will still be running as promised.

Our super meaty babyback ribs are a little distracting and just plain delicious! We recommend sharing a rack with a friend, so choose wisely!
Pre-order your half rack or full rack now for this Saturday dinner from 5pm. The racks vary in size but are usually around 1kg and go for $9/100g
