We're putting on extra special Father's Day dishes including Slow Braised Flinders Island Milk Fed Lamb and Crispy Skin Infinity Blue Daintree Barramundi.

Our lamb shoulder is marinated generously in sweet paprika, toasted cumin, fresh garlic, orange, and fragrant garden herbs, then rested over aromatic mirepoix and braised gently overnight - for over 12 hours - until the meat yields to a melt-in-the-mouth tenderness, carrying deep, warm, layered flavours.

But that's not all...

Our premium saltwater barramundi is sustainably farmed by Infinity Blue in the pristine waters of the Daintree, Queensland - renowned for exceptional consistency, pure flavour, and firm, buttery flesh.

Beckett's is a restaurant that truly offers something unique and special. Not only is it a great spot for delicious food and drinks, but it also has become a popular location for film, TV, and TVC shoots. The restaurant's ambiance is captured beautifully in the mood photographs taken by AFTRS students. Additionally, Beckett's recently celebrated Bloomsday with an Irish band playing lively beats and beautiful melodies while guests indulged in delicious food by Chef Jeff Schroeter and sipped on cocktails. This event was open to everyone, but Clubhouse members received exclusive benefits like discounted tickets and a monthly complimentary cocktail. Beckett's is definitely worth checking out for its great food, drinks, and atmosphere!
