An Evening of EXCEPTIONAL WINE FROM WESTERN AUSTRALIA
THURSDAY 25 JUNE 2026 / from 6pm
Begin with seared Japanese scallops, lifted by saffron and corn tapioca, alongside their Sauvignon Semillon - bright, poised, and complex. A crispy skin toothfish follows, matched with Chardonnay of depth and finesse, its citrus and oak threading seamlessly through lemon butter and toasted cauliflower.
The menu deepens with confit duck leg, served with spiced red cabbage and port reduction, paired with both Pinot Noir and the estate’s Tête de Cuvée - wines of perfume and precision.
Roasted lamb rump brings richness and warmth, complemented by Merlot Cabernet and Shiraz, structured yet generous, each sip echoing the spice and depth of the dish.
To finish, a raspberry crème brûlée with coconut crisps - light, fragrant, indulgent.

Beckett's is a restaurant that truly offers something unique and special. Not only is it a great spot for delicious food and drinks, but it also has become a popular location for film, TV, and TVC shoots. The restaurant's ambiance is captured beautifully in the mood photographs taken by AFTRS students. Additionally, Beckett's recently celebrated Bloomsday with an Irish band playing lively beats and beautiful melodies while guests indulged in delicious food by Chef Jeff Schroeter and sipped on cocktails. This event was open to everyone, but Clubhouse members received exclusive benefits like discounted tickets and a monthly complimentary cocktail. Beckett's is definitely worth checking out for its great food, drinks, and atmosphere!
