What happens when world-class hospitality, iconic harbour views and extraordinary live performance come together?
In partnership with the Australian Chamber Orchestra, we welcomed event and industry professionals for an evening of glowing cocktails and abundant canapés at ACO On The Pier. The Belgiorno Room was transformed with striking neon florals and immersive styling by Harry the hirer.
The evening then moved into The Neilson, where guests experienced a captivating musical performance curated by Chad Davis. Harp, electric guitar, electronic music and flamenco dance collided in a genre-defying showcase that demonstrated the incredible versatility and creative potential of the venue.
Returning to the Belgiorno Room, guests enjoyed a winter-inspired menu featuring a curated mac and cheese dish, while continuing conversations and connections overlooking Sydney Harbour.

Amy & Christopher’s elegant ‘Tour D’Ivoire’ wedding at Museums Victoria's Immigration Museum! 🤍 💍
With an ivory palette, clean lines and chic styling, the celebration transformed the space into a refined and timeless setting for 140 guests.
Guests enjoyed a tailored three-course menu, beginning with shared seafood platters, gnocchi pomodoro and Prosciutto di Parma with compressed melon and buffalo mozzarella.
Mains featured beef fillet with onion soubise and smoked leek, alongside roast chicken breast with lemon couscous, pistachio butter and pomegranate molasses, finished with shared tiramisu topped with cocoa and delicate gold leaf.
