*NEW* Moroccan Chicken Filo!
If you’re watching what you eat, you’ve probably put pastry on the no-no list. Thankfully filo is the exception, as there is no fat used in the mix, it’s just flour and water rolled to paper thin. This lunch favourite is crafted from our RSPCA approved chicken poached in a rich sauce of wine, tomato, onion, currants, cumin, coriander + garlic. Then wrapped in filo and oven baked.
This meal is from our sister company Dietlicious. It is a nutritionally balanced, healthy full flavoured meal suitable for all, not just people trying to lose weight however it is a smaller portion.

Chances are you have already tried some variation of this Italian restaurant favourite even if you have not been to Italy. Our chicken saltimbocca version is with preserved lemon butter and couldn't be simpler. Just allow to defrost overnight and then pop in the foil container straight into the oven to cook.
