This week we felt like a special treat so we’re opening an incredible vintage of Škerk by the glass - their Vitovska 2016. Škerk is a very well regarded producer of skin-contact wines enjoyed equally by those who love orange wine and by those who normally don’t! On until last drop.

This pasta is a flavour bomb! Snapper in the squid ink ravioli with our house made bottarga, semi- wood roasted tomatoes, lemon & lots of love.
The dish captures lots of our own processes as we make our own squid ink, bottarga, wood roasting of the snapper and best of the summer tomatoes

Seeing spinach & ricotta ravioli is practically a fixture on the menu we thought we’d better ‘save’ the story and add to the grid. What you might sense from watching is the quality of the produce - organ eggs, organic spinach, organic semolina etc 💚
We wish that the wonderful was also a fixture but looks like we’re losing him in a few months to a Michelin restaurant in Spain no more no less. Get in now and enjoy his food (& his videos) and encourage his return!
