What an incredible birthday surprise! 🚁🎉
Rachel & Mel were so spoilt today with the most incredible birthday gift, a helicopter flight gifted to us by the amazing Mark Harold from Sydney Helicopters! 🎂🥂🚁
What an absolutely unforgettable experience! Flying above penrith and seeing everything from a completely different perspective was truly amazing. ✨
A huge thank you to Mark for such a thoughtful and generous birthday gift, we had the BEST time! ❤️

The pear is gently poached in glühwein; a warm, spiced mulled w**e which gives it a beautifully rich, fruity flavour and that gorgeous deep colour. At Long’s House, it’s served with creamy mascarpone, berry compote and pistachio praline for the perfect mix of sweet, creamy, fruity and crunchy.
Honestly, dessert doesn’t get much better than this 🤌🏼
